We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and Fulfillment Center Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.



You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.
Job Requirements:Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.Key Job Responsibilities:Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.Creating presentations using graphics.Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center Staff.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications.High school or equivalent.Are 18 years of age or older.2+ years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles.2+ years of experience managing travel reservations.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with end-to-end project management.Understanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement report.Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.Strong background of administrative, secretarial support or other management.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
