and implement process and equipment solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Create and maintain manufacturing documents and digital operations systems, including engineering drawings, BOMs, and process work instructions.Lead equipment qualification and process validation tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate designs for manufacturability, cost reduction, and business growth.Establish and execute corrective and preventative action plans to address quality or operational concerns.Monitor performance of equipment, machines, and tools to correct problems or process parameters.Identify and correct manufacturing process non-conformance during prototype builds.Coordinate with the manufacturing site on product transfers and support design or process-related changes.Support the supplier quality team on supplier changes impacting product design.Minimum Requirements:Medical devices validation knowledge (IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ, TMVs) is required.Fluent in English, with good knowledge of statistical analysis and AutoCAD for layout design.U.S.
