.CompanyInfosysRequisition ID: 128214BRJob Title: Salesforce Technical ArchitectIn the role of Salesforce Technical Architect, you will work directly with the client to understand their needs and detailed requirements and will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust solution to meet those needs, eventually communicating that solution in a clear and professional manner to client stakeholder executives.Your role is to take ownership of all technical aspects of a Salesforce implementation including custom code, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.You are responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of cloud-based solutions and technologies.
These technologies include—but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce.Com products and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Amazon Web Services, Heroku, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.Location: Mexico (Mexico City)QualificationsBasic:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 8-10+ years related experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud on Salesforce lightning platform implementations.Mandatory Skillsets:Experience in translating functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements,
also involving integration with other systems.Very good understanding of best practices of Salesforce platform implementations.Very good understanding of Salesforce product roadmap and ability to compare with other CRM products.Anticipate customer needs, provide inputs for solution, demonstrate industry understanding and provide inputs to customers on areas other than project work and gain confidence with customers at higher levels to be treated as an advisor involving Salesforce.In-depth understanding of different processes/constituents and best practices of project management in order to provide proactive solutions for complex situations and execute multiple complex/critical projects.Valid Salesforce Credentials - Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant - at least three years.Other Relevant Experience:Proficient in English communication.Experience working as part of a Scrum team practicing Agile development methodologies.Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.About UsInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
