What will you do as a Destination Manager?
• Lead and oversee all destination operations (product, sales, and airport services) aligned with our omnichannel strategy.
• Ensure NexusTours offers the most competitive products and maintains service excellence.
• Drive the sales team’s performance to achieve or exceed business targets.
• Manage airport operations to ensure seamless processes and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to maintain the destination’s leadership position.
• Focus on numerical analysis and data-driven results to improve operations and profitability.
• Foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor, support, and develop talent across all departments to ensure continuous growth.
What do we expect from you?
Must-haves:
• Proven experience leading large teams in a DMC, hospitality, tourism, and/or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams of over 40 employees.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Results-oriented approach with a focus on KPIs, metrics, and operational outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience in product development and knowledge of the San José del Cabo/Cabo San Lucas tourism market.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to seize new opportunities and solve challenges.
