Role OverviewAs a Full Stack Engineer, you'll lead the charge in developing and scaling the SaaS platform,



ensuring it is highly performant, user-friendly, and architected for long-term scalability.

You'll play a key role in delivering innovative features and ensuring the scalability of our solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Development and Optimization: Develop and maintain scalable full-stack solutions for Thesheet's SaaS platform.Build efficient and responsivefront-end interfacesusing modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).Architect robustback-end solutionsutilizing Node.js, Python,



or a relevant framework for scalability and efficiency.Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate Figma or design prototypes into polished, functional interfaces.Technical Architecture and Code Quality: Architect and implement database structures for optimal data flow and performance (SQL/NoSQL).Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code followingbest coding practices(e.g., DRY, SOLID).Conductcode reviewsto maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior developers where applicable.Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.Product Launch and Integration: Implement integrations with third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways to expand platform functionality.Support the deployment of new features and updates, ensuring seamless product releases.Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues,



and edge cases quickly and effectively.Collaboration and Stakeholder Support: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and leadership to align technical development with business goals.Provideregular updatesand technical feedback on progress, blockers, and deliverables.Contribute to technical discussions, roadmapping, and sprint planning sessions.Testing and Security: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability.Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure platform stability.Monitor platform performance and recommend solutions to improve security and user experience.Must-have:Minimum of 3+ years of full-stack development experience.Proficiency infront-end frameworks(e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) andback-end languages(e.g., Node.js, Python,



or Ruby).Strong database experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).Familiarity with version control systems such asGit.Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.Understanding of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Nice-to-have:Prior experience working in a fast-pacedSaaS startup environment.Background in designing and optimizing platforms focused on designers or creative professionals.Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Familiarity with payment gateway integrations and security protocols.Compensation PackageCompetitive Salary:Commensurate with experience.Remote Work:Fully remote—work from anywhere.Generous PTO:15 days of PTO per year,
