The Deal Desk Sr Analyst Manager will be responsible for delivering deal structuring and pricing support for our Commercial and Small businesses,
will also handle new pricing strategies to expand the company's reach within various sales segments and other processes workflow assessments scaling our Deal Strategy function internally.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop standard methodologies for pricing and business terms, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decisions.
- Independently scope and execute project work with minimum oversight to meet goals identified by Management
- Partner with product teams on efficient pricing models and strategies for new products and bundled solutions
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to effectively coordinate and lead month and quarter end deal closure
- Develop relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and the competitive market
- Work closely with Finance, Legal and Operations department to optimize contract terms and close deals
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with the Account ExecutivesHandle day-to-day transactional deal pricing requests
**Required Skills/Experience**
- Understanding of reseller model, local currency transactions, and risk mitigation
- Superior analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal
- Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively to get results
- Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
- 2-5+ years of proven experience in Pricing Strategy or sales financial analysis.
- Experience in a Pricing function is a strong plus
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a stressful environmentProficiency (reading, writing and speaking)
in English and Spanish languages (Portuguese is a plus)
