Team OverviewBeing part of the Marketplace team puts you at the heart of DiDi's users and partners.
As part of the broader marketplace team, our Incentive team is responsible for bringing new product features and solutions via incentive tools to improve engagement, retention and pursuit efficiency of our engagement activities.
The position will be responsible for building deep insights and understanding of the marketplace from a passenger and driver perspective, and bringing solutions to those insights and opportunities generated.
Role ResponsibilitiesDemonstrating leadership in multi-skills projects and initiatives.Demonstrating strong analytical skills,
