- We are looking for a
**Financial Planning Analyst**
**Responsibilities**
**Your Impact**
As the Financial Planning Analyst your scope will consist of:
- Deliver Cost Planning service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA's responsible of commodities inflation and yields alignment productivity teams.
- Quickly develop an understanding of different financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
- Align with procurement finance team commodities inflation and generate inflation impact for Mexico and Andean countries.
- Align with Supply Chain Finance and Operations Yields and update cost models
- Elaborate with control actuals analysis, identify risk and opportunities.
- Generate yields productivity validation and ensure alignment between productivity and cost planning models to guarantee P&L; productivity flow.
- Coordinate the bottom up Direct Cost AOP process, monthly closure and forecast to identify gaps and propose to GBS leader corrective measures understanding market conditions, inflations and having business insights.
- Generate InterCo transfer price & analysis (COC).
**Qualifications**
**Who Are We Looking For?
**
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration, Actuary, etc)
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, Access.
- Spanish / English fluent is a must (Portuguese is a plus)
- Expert analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization.
- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.
- Ability to deliver solid results under high pressure environment / limited time.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
**INTERNAL CANDIDATES**:
- Having worked at least 18 months in your current function.
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years.
- Having not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months.
