The HRBP will have the responsibility to build and drive the P&C; agenda for Mexico, supporting Nubankers and its leaders to thrive.

We partner with leaders to blend people-related strategy, support change management, and develop projects that align with Nubank's growth plans.
What you will do The HRBP will support multiple Directors in Mexico.
The main duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Advise and coach area leaders on how to achieve the company's objectives by implementing solutionsCoach leaders on People processes, such as performance management cycles, leadership development, compensation, culture & engagement, talent acquisition,



and conflict managementBuild and roll out people strategy for each Business UnitPartner with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively identify future hiring needs and recruitment strategies to bring the best talents on time to meet business needsSupport broader Customer Experience team in driving our people agenda forwardBuild trusting relationships and influence key stakeholdersAnalyze P&C; trends and metrics and implement action plans aiming at improved employee morale, productivity, organizational healthWork closely with employee relations and address any misconductWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionProvide HR policy guidanceMonitor and report on workforce and succession planningIdentify training needs for teams and individualsEvaluate training programsSuggest new HR strategiesWhat we are looking for Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRBP or P&C-related; rolesPrevious experience in Financial Organisations or Tech companies (fintechs and tech-hyper growth would be a plus, etc)Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demandsSolid stakeholder management and influencing skills across the organization including the business and People and Culture areasAnalytical and problem-solving skills: ability to peek inside data sets and take creative approaches to problems using that insightAbility to effectively drive results in a fast-paced environmentStrong negotiation, and conflict-management skills and experienceAbility to effectively communicate and influence executives using dataAbility to deep dive into data analysis and support fact-based decision-makingBusiness Acumen: understanding the business functions, OKRs, priorities, and the business risks and opportunities.Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
