Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a team player, working with a team of seasoned talent sourcers to identify and engage top quality engineering/non-engineering talent.
You will create sourcing solutions that will help hire the best talent for Qualcomm's business units.This role will:Report to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition – People Strategy & OperationsBe based in Mexico City (onsite 4 days a week)Have regular shift timingsRole Expectations:Own the talent attraction responsibility with end-to-end accountability.Focus on multiple requisitions, prioritize sourcing activities,



and exhibit on-time delivery commitment.Partner with recruiters to create an effective search strategy to fill open positions and proactively create a pipeline.Participate in key stakeholder meetings including intake calls, weekly cadences, and debriefs, providing market intelligence and insight to help influence and drive an effective sourcing strategy.Source, engage, and attract top talent to drive growth across our business verticals.Build a candidate pipeline through innovative research, effective outreach, and comprehensive candidate screening, providing an unparalleled candidate experience.Track and maintain a real-time record of candidates in ATS, monitor interview pipeline, and selection ratio of both diversity and non-diversity candidates.Please provide your resume in English.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience.OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience.OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of recruiting experience.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, Humanities, or related field.5+ years of work experience within Talent Acquisition as a sourcing specialist or full life cycle recruiter, with a minimum of 2+ recent years hands-on campus sourcing/university relations experience.Experience recruiting/attracting talent in the Semiconductor industry.Act as a talent advisor, communicating effectively with recruiters, recruiting managers, hiring managers, and team members throughout the sourcing/recruitment process.Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates from diversified and unconventional sourcing channels (ATS, LinkedIn, Job portals, Social sites, etc.
).Participate in team and organizational level strategic initiatives including assessment of best practices in talent sourcing, competitor intelligence, diversity & inclusion and contribute to the overall TA strategy.As an ambassador of Qualcomm, share our value proposition to increase and strengthen brand awareness in the market.Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and PPT to prepare weekly/monthly reports and updates
