[I-516] Supervisor, Quality

Skyworks is looking for a Quality Supervisor capable of ensuring qualifications and qualification readiness on New Product, Package, and Process Qualifications are met.
This includes electrical testing of stressed parts being completed on time and being responsible for making sure devices are stressed in the correct and accurate manner to internal and industry standards.
The Quality Supervisor's responsibilities include supervising Product, Package, and Process Qualifications performed in the Mexicali Product Reliability Lab.




Ensure HAST/HTOL configurations are correct based on setups provided.Configure HAST/HTOL boards and ovens.Manage Process Flows.Follow electrical test schedules and loading schedules.Work with Reliability managers and engineers to meet Qualification schedules.Attend planning meetings as needed.Update Manager/Supervisor on qualification readiness.Create and develop documentation for new processes or flows.Report progress of projects and Qualification processes.Minimum Qualifications: BS in Electrical, Electronic, Physics, or Mechatronic Engineering.+1 Year in a Supervisor position or similar.Excellent written communication skills and organizational skills are essential (+60% English).Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with burn-in, temperature cycle, and other environmental testing is a plus.Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is a plus.Knowledge of RF bench testing is a plus.Knowledge of ATE test platforms is a plus.
