OUR CLIENT:
Full-service homeowners association management company managing various communities such as neighborhoods, townhomes, condos, and more.
JOB ACTIVITIES:
- First point of contact with customers via phone, email, and their software.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
- Prepare product or service reports as needed.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure the resolution
- Data entry in various platforms
- Answer questions about properties and terms and clear communication
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 17:00 CST MX with a 30-minute break
- Daylight saving: 7:30 to 16:00 with a 30-minute break

Requisitos mínimos :
- High School Diploma
- 0-1 years administrative experience
- 1-2 years experience in a position with heavy call volume
- English advanced
