Job Title: Logistics and Supply Chain SupervisorLocation: Tultitlán, State of MexicoJob Description:We are looking for a Logistics and Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and coordinate logistics and supply chain activities within our company.
This person will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of logistics operations, supervising product flow, managing inventory, and ensuring that distribution processes meet established quality, cost, and time standards.Responsibilities:Supervise all logistics and supply chain operations, including inventory management, storage, transportation,



and distribution.Ensure proper planning and execution of distribution routes to meet delivery deadlines.Coordinate and manage the work of logistics and warehouse teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Monitor inventory and product flow to prevent delays or shortages in the supply chain.Develop and propose improvements in logistics and supply chain processes to optimize costs and delivery times.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local logistics standards.Maintain contact with suppliers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.Prepare reports and performance updates on logistics and supply chain operations.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain supervision.Knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and distribution.Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.Knowledge of safety regulations and logistics compliance in Mexico.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Availability to work in Tultitlán, State of Mexico.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering,
