The FBA Ops team owns the seller-facing workflow components and back-end services that productize supply chain capabilities and capture their inputs in user-friendly and intuitive ways regarding shipment delivery to Amazon MX FCs, pre-received catalog/shipment errors where the FBA OPS team create and handle escalation tickets for proper inventory management.As FBA On Site Coordinator,
you will identify blockers from:Shipping inventory into Amazon's fulfillment networkStranded inventory inquiries associated with IDQ and ComplianceRemovals escalation casesAnalyzing all the return metricsTroubleshooting all the deviations on the value chain such as DNR, Switcheroos, wrong item sent (WIS), damaged during transit (DDT), and wrong fault owner assigneeMissing from inbound reimbursement cases to determine top offenders and gaps in inbound operations to locate missing inventoryKey job responsibilities:Partner with the program team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement and tracking FBA seller's defects.Understand drivers, impacts on key influences on business dynamics and productivity.Translate data into actionable insights for the stakeholders.Automate reporting for weekly business metrics; identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
