Managing and guiding the Launch and Change Managers within the region to ensure an excellent launch of new products as well as a successful implementation of engineering changes and further cost improvements during the complete product life cycle till end of production.A Project ManagementProposing, agreeing and following up targets in terms of quality, costs and timing with Project Management, on behalf of the Internal Factory Manager / Plant Manager.Ensuring that project targets are achieved or overachieved, monitoring launch and change performance, identifying gaps and defining actions to correct deviations from target KPIs.Defining members for Operations Project Teams (core and extended team) with the help of functional departments and ensuring effective integration and communication within Operations Project Teams.Proactively advancing HELLA standards for processes, methods and tools in Launch and Change Management.Ensuring that project tasks and work packages within the Operations Project Teams are defined, planned,



coordinated and monitored by using predefined HELLA standards.Identifying claim potentials from engineering changes and maintaining a valid status on engineering changes regarding their effects on project targets.Understanding product specifications and manufacturing processes to inform decisions and reflect their effects on other departments.Assuring that Design for Manufacturing is achieved through collaboration between design, manufacturing, and equipment suppliers.Ensuring all tasks of the PEP are executed correctly regarding quality, cost, and timing.Managing production-related documentation and master data during the complete product life cycle according to standards.Involvement in internal and external project-related audits.Ensuring projects within the plant follow corporate HELLA processes and standards.B LeadershipDeploying employees according to their qualifications and instructing them to fulfill tasks in a motivating manner.Guiding and supporting employees in function-related tasks.Participating in the hiring process and being responsible for team performance and qualification demands
