We are establishing a new regional team focused on implementing customer integrations (EDIs) across the USA and LATAM, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer value.
The position is oriented to a person with experience in logistics operations and project management skills; a basic understanding of EDI connections will be a plus.This is your chance to be part of one of the main freight forwarders in the world and take on a dynamic, high-profile role that offers exposure to senior leadership,



enhances cross-functional collaboration, and broadens your global professional network.Key Responsibilities:Guide and drive regional customer implementation initiatives from the business.Engage with the (potential) client as the responsible person to onboard the client in DSV, together with Sales and IT.Align the planning (high level and detailed) with Operations, Sales, and Customer, together with IT.Ensure that User Acceptance Test scenarios are created and executed accordingly.Develop SOPs, communicate, and train key stakeholders.Ensure that all local stakeholders are aligned.Ensure that all local contributors have committed to the plan and are delivering on time and quality.Act as the first point of contact for Operations after the Business Go live, troubleshooting and advising.Requirements:High knowledge of logistics/freight forwarding processes.Strong communication skills; capable of being the bridge communicating effectively with customers.Result-oriented and customer-focused.Great communication skills in English.IMPORTANT:
