**:You will be accountable for sales of Motors and Drives, driving sales volumes and margins.
In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.




**This position reports to**:Local/Hub Division Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.- Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full.- Prepares sales plans using company tools.- Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
**Your background**:- Bachelor´s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales (sales and marketing plan).- Knowledge of drives and electric motors.- Knowledge of clients (metals, pulp & paper, cement,



water and energy).- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.- Knowledge of sales tools (Salesforce).- Advanced English.
