.We're looking for a Commercial Corporate Account Executive to sell into new and existing commercial organizations with 100-999 employees as we aggressively expand the Zendesk footprint within this customer segment!As a Commercial Corporate Account Executive, you will team up with a Commercial Account Executive on a joint territory strategy and carry quota for the transactional business in our Commercial accounts.We need a sales professional with outstanding prospecting skills,
that can create and manage and close the transactional business as well as align with their Commercial Account Executives on strategy and execution of transactions in the Spanish-Speaking LATAM region.You will be responsible for follow-up on leads that are generated by our Inbound Marketing and as well as coordinate with our outbound Business Development Reps to cultivate new opportunities using outbound techniques.
**Responsibilities**- Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations including live demonstrations of Zendesk via remote presentation- Preparing sales offers, proposals, product presentations, as well as general sales activity- Exceeding revenue and sales goals- Close small deals within large complex commercial environments, involving multiple level partners- Work with your Commercial Account Executive teammates to develop strategy and objectives for each account in order to identify and quantify expansion opportunity- Coordinate Zendesk partners in support of the aforementioned sales and account management efforts- Follow Zendesk sales process, supervising all critical activities and ensuring a detailed understanding of the status of a deal at every stage of the process including legal sales process, contracting,
etc- Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree- 1+ years outbound prospecting experience preferred- 4+ years of SaaS selling experience- Ability to learn and understand SaaS solutions and services- Effective sales presentation skills- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Selling/Closing across all interpersonal levels- High level of personal motivation- Experience in lead generation and cold calling- Consistent track record of success with quota- Experience managing and closing sophisticated sales-cycles using solution selling techniques- Proficiency using Salesforce is a plus!- English proficiency is required as well as fluency in Spanish**About Zendesk - Champions of Customer Service**Zendesk software was built to bring a sense of calm to the chaotic world of customer service.
