and comprehensive management of costs, budgets, and financial results.
Coordinate and motivate teams to ensure excellence in the delivery of products or services, maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders, and adapt to market dynamics to meet and exceed established business objectives.Which will be your core responsibilities?Define and implement strategies and business plans for the assigned product lines, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Includes identifying market opportunities, growth planning, and overseeing strategy execution.Outcome: Successful strategy implementation resulting in market share growth and meeting annual sales and profitability targets for the business lines.Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the business lines (EBIT), including budget management, cost control, and profit maximization.
Prepare financial reports, evaluate results, and make data-driven decisions.Outcome: Profit margins maintained within target range, effective budget management minimizing deviations,
and sustainable profitability.Drive continuous improvement of products or services offered in the business lines, including market research to identify customer needs and implementing feedback-based improvements.Outcome: Market acceptance evidenced by increased sales and customer satisfaction.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
Includes contract negotiation, key account management, and problem resolution to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.Outcome: Strengthened relationships with key clients and partners, resulting in increased contract renewals and improved customer satisfaction scores.Lead and motivate the team managing the business lines, overseeing necessary human and material resources to achieve business objectives.
