Key job responsibilitiesThis team tackles the difficult challenges managing app Stability, Performance, Release tooling, and SDK management for the Amazon Music Mobile, Tablet, and TV apps.
This team operates in a fast-paced, innovative and highly ambiguous environment.
A successful manager will be able to anticipate requirements, surface innovative solutions, strives to improve the overall development efficiency and retaining highly talented engineers.
You will work closely with product and technical teams in the US and India.
You will lead a talented and nimble team of development engineers.

including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operationsExperience partnering with product or program management teamsExperience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategyExperience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective,
