Position Summary The Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota in assigned territory through direct sales to Enterprise customers in Mexico. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelinesFollow a selling processResponsible for booking business per the company bookings policies and revenue recognition policyUnderstand the customer's business and how our products impact their businessDevelop strong relationships and provide coaching in the accountsDevelop a pipeline of 4X quota and constantly prospect in new or existing accountsConsistently call at multiple levels high and wideWork collaboratively with Sales Engineers to ensure ongoing account technical supportFollow company strategy and directionBasic Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related degree8+ years of field sales experienceRecent sales experience into Enterprise companies in Mexico4+ years sales experience in IT Automation, Network Security or Network Performance Management solutions preferredA quantifiable track record of success demonstrated by territory/professional growthTrack record of opening new accounts as well as selling into existing Service Provider customersAn overall understanding of our technology, market, and client profileTrack record of exceptional funnel build and quota achievementDrive to succeed, established customers and contacts, and territory knowledgeAbility to work independently with large, complex accountsAbility to source, pursue and close new businessWorking at NETSCOUT At NETSCOUT, our vision is to create a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
