As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications.
You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications.

Take up cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.Escalation/Risk management.Position Requirements 6-10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional Talent Management.Experience with Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development and Learn modules.Customizing templates (Talent Review, Talent Management, etc.
).Managing Workforce profiles, Defining goals, Worker Performances, Succession Plan, Talent pools and Talent Reviews.Understanding data flow between the modules of Talent Management.Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.Solid understanding of Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, FlexFields,



Security and Roles.Experience in working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutions.Hands-on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with business users to obtain sign-off.Ability to perform fit-gap analysis.Ability to create and maintain configuration workbooks.Experience in supporting period end closure activities.Generate ad hoc reports to measure and communicate the health of the applications.Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application.Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements.Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet SLA's and KPI's.Good communication, presentation,



analytical and problem-solving skills.Coordinate with team to close client requests on time and within SLA.Ability to independently conduct new features sessions with clients/stakeholders.Ability to manage the HCM Track independently, interact with clients, conduct business requirement meetings and user training sessions.High level of knowledge of other Fusion modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits & Payroll functionality is a plus.Expertise in developing Fast formulas is preferred.Expertise in developing OTBI/BI reports.Expertise to create HDL data load templates.
