Senior UX Content Designer at BairesDev
We are looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our Talent Growth team and help us achieve our goals.
This professional will be responsible for designing, creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing the content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey to meet the user's needs while achieving the business goals.
What You Will Do:
- Work with UX and UI designers to create delightful and effortless UX experiences through the use of content design principles and well-balanced layouts with finely tuned copy.
- Optimize the performance of UX writing via user testing and data validation.
- Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.
- Work with product owners, developers, and designers to translate business objectives into distinctive brand and product experiences.
- Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, such as requirements gathering, user analysis, testing, implementation, and result analysis.
Here's what we are looking for:
- Knowledge of information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, SEO, taxonomy, and metadata is desirable.
- Desirable: experience with Miro, Figma, or other similar tools.
- Desirable: prior experience with activation workflows or in-app messaging.
- Advanced English level.
