**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Supply Chain Master Planning Manager will be accountable for supporting a team in the execution of supply chain planning work in support of the Beverages North America operations.
This role will be responsible to provide leadership and tactical execution of the Supply Chain Planning and Field Service operations.
Delivery of department KPIs and SLAs in support of strategic business initiatives are critical for success.
**Your Impact**
As **Supply Chain Master Planning Manager **your scope would consist:
This span breaker management role will lead a team of 8 Planners who support the Supply Planning Tower in support of the North America team including multiple business units.
- Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (Operations, Logistics, Sales,
Warehouse, and HQ)
- Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains
- Lead change initiatives and embrace change to deliver key business imperatives
- Lead and develop capability of a team of Planners and Analyst
- Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives
- Resolve any escalated issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed
Qualifications:

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business or related)
**Experience**
- 3-5 years previous experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Advanced proficiency in English, oral and written (mandatory)
- Skilled in - Excel(Advanced/Expert).
- Proven experience as people leader
- Familiar with processes on conflicts resolution Highly analytical and numerical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills.
- Strong foundational understanding of supply chain for special customers constraints and operational effectiveness
- KPIs develope and follow up to ensure compliance with business indicators.
- Innovation and improvement skills to optimize company proceseses with new solutions and ways of working.
- Able to work extended hours as required by the business.
