Like many roles at Onda, this role is flexible in nature.
First and foremost, we are looking for a part-time graphic designer to support Onda's internal project needs—think emails, sales decks, web pages, proposals, etc.
You will be expected to work within our brand standards to help communicate our messages clearly and beautifully.
Projects may or may not start with existing templates and examples to work from,
so you should be comfortable doing both production work as well as from-scratch graphic design to effectively accomplish our goals.
Secondly, you may have opportunities to assist clients on work related to their brands and goals.
These projects would typically include digital marketing assets, i.e., emails, social posts, or digital ads.
Onda is a one-stop shop for e-commerce businesses to get talent support as they grow.
Our approach is more efficient and integrated than hiring a typical agency, but less messy, risky, and time-consuming than outsourcing to individual freelancers.

Responsibilities Design and refine marketing/sales assets and templatesEnsure consistency with logos, color schemes, typography, and visual guidelines across all touchpointsCreate engaging visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials,
and advertisementsCollaborate with the Onda team to understand their vision and translate it into effective visual designs that support brand positioning and business goalsPresent designs to internal teams and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designsManage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standardsQualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (applications without portfolios will not be considered)Background in B2B sales and marketingProficiency designing in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, G-suite, and other relevant toolsStrong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography,
and layoutExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plusAdditional Info: Fully remote1099 contractor positionFlexible hours but availability for team communication during business hours
