As a Sr.
Sales Representative and closer at Blue Sky Home Buyers, a real estate investment company, you will play a critical role in sourcing and securing off-market real estate projects for our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to homeowners through cold calling and generate daily leads of those who are interested in selling their properties, in addition to calling qualified leads provided for you.
By building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service, you will provide motivated real estate with cash offers for their properties and negotiate signed purchase contracts for Blue Sky Home Buyers to purchase the home.
Please note: A Real Estate / Realtor license is not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing off-market leads and qualifying them for the next step in addition to leads provided for you.
- Building quality rapport and strong relationships with sellers.
- Helping motivated home owners receive cash offers for their properties and negotiating signed purchase contracts.
- Providing sellers with the peace of mind about the transparency and safety of our services.
- Additional admin and company tasks as needed.
Core Requirements:
- Excellent English/verbal skills.
- Ability to work during US Eastern Time.
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience, with demonstrable success.
- Basic knowledge of real estate, with specific knowledge in real estate investing preferred but not required.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Adequate English typing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
