The Ops Sup Sr. Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.
Additionally, the Ops Sup Sr. Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.
The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform in-depth evaluation of basic operations and business processes, family procedures,
and industry standards for business supported to identify and resolve complex problems
- Influence decisions through advice and counsel as well as facilitate services to others in area
- Serve as an analytical and/or procedural expert, representing a unit or team on cross function operational processes and project deliverables
- Liaises with multiple teams across the Operations department
- Coordinate and contribute to initiatives that support the goals of the Operations function and overall business
- Assume informal and formal leadership role within team as well as coach and train new recruits
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

**Business Risk Senior Analyst - MCA Coordinator C12**
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as quality checker of the new processes and monitoring results of businesses every quarter in order to detect inconsistencies in thresholds or lack of evidence and prepare monthly reports and decks for Senior Management.
- Risk Management
- Review, analyze and report Fraud Events in order to identify modus operandi and ensure the business have corresponding action plans,
projects or actions to mitigate them.
- Perform executive dashboards and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the business to ensure the proper involvement and accountability of the responsible teams (Technology, Compliance, Legal, CSIS, Fraud, etc )
- Execute, on a monthly/quarterly basis, the MCA Program including all critical control testing and KRI/ORI proofs for business units to develop and maintain a robust control program.
- Review all business processes to ensure that the identified controls are in place and effective within the MCA Program, in order to mitigate any regulatory/compliance risks as noted in the business Compliance Matrix.
- Work closely with all process owners to ensure all units define MCA monitoring tools, which can be utilized to mitigate risks, within their relevant processes and functions.
- Maintain MCA Process, Risk and Control libraries current, making appropriate amendments at the time process changes are implemented.
- Review the MCA Risk libraries with process owners, including risk classification, key controls, and critical control test methodology during the first quarter of every year and periodically throughout the year.
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to the Business Heads and process owners to ensure a tight control environment.
- Execute MCA examinations by partnering with the business and operations counterparts and ensuring that: all testing is completed on time, exceptions are timely identified and discussed with management, and action plans are adequate to mitigate potential risks.
- Serve as back up for fellow Risk Analyst team members during vacations,
absences, etc.
- Ensure that issues are clearly identified and brought to the business' attention as promptly as possible.
Make certain that corrective action plans are clearly defined, assigned to the correct process owners, monitored for progress/timely completion, and validated for accuracy and effectiveness prior to closure.
- Assist business units to achieve satisfactory performance levels, as measured by Internal Audit (IA).
Serve as liaison between IA teams and the Business during internal audits.
Coordinate the planning, testing and walkthroughs in addition to attending meetings and ensuring deliverable requests are completed accurately and on time.
