Paramount Pictures Mexico is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Marketing department.
**Responsibilities**:

- Submission and follow up of marketing department POs
- Helps coordinate and follow up vendor comparison, selection, and onboarding processes
- Miscellaneous market and vendor research as required
- Promo items' requests, inventory control and shipping




- Responsible of the screenings platform (Paramount Premieres) including mailing database updates
- Coordinate, submit, and follow up on other screening requests
- Support Promotions Manager helping create presentations, attending promo partner meetings and follow up on promotional assets' development and authorization processes
- Support event organization as required (screenings, premieres, red carpets, talent visits, etc)
- Help coordinate A/V and print asset production when needed
- Miscellaneous scheduling and reservations

Person Specification

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**

**Essential**
- University Degree, preferably in Marketing, Publicity or Communications
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Recently graduated with basic work experience (social services and/or intern level is sufficient)

**Desirable**




- Knowledge and love of the entertainment industry in general (movies in particular).
- Well versed in current trends
- Academic level audio/visual production and event coordination experience
