We are seeking a highly motivated IT support engineer to join our team with Minimum 1-to-2-yearexperience in understanding of how ERP works within an organization, able to solve problems creatively and effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Systems or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in the area
- 70 % of English spoken
**Essential Job Functions**
- Supports and conducts System Integration Tests
- Responsible of System Maintenance and Configuration
- System First Line Support
- Monitoring Application Servers performance
- Service Requests Management
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Installation of Software
- Maintenance of Zebra Printers
- Badge Printer
**Skills**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Process Oriented
- Being familiar and with good understanding of programming/script computer languages
- Familiar with OS operating system such as: Windows: 10, Windows Server: 2019.
