Job Description
Finance Sr Specialist performs different roles among the company supporting finance results and focusing on automation delivery, control & improvement process providing advisory on decision-making.
Works with internal and external clients, shares concrete ideas with business understanding.
Contact with other regions and functions within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Analyzes, audits collaborates, questions, interprets and provides Project evaluation to determine the contribution to profit and risk + opportunities so excecutivies make decisions of feasibilities with finance departments and other functions with top management depending on the Project
Documents, process,
elaborates and makes Digitalization process to speed finance function and reduce manual processes with finance departments and other functions depending on the Project.
Analyzes questions, elaborates, makes and provides financial forecasts provide a roadmap for the company, region y global business plan with finance departments and other functions.
Analyzes, interprets, questions, elaborates, makes and provides analysis of variations to explain changes vs Budget/forecast during the year, considering internal and external factors providing reasons and amounts to Finance and other functions.
Asks, searches, interprets, questions, collaborates, advices and provides alternatives to support with strategy and facts to help top management and other functions on decision-making.
**Education/Certifications**:
Finance, Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering (Finance profile), Economy.
Previous Work Experience
3- 5 years of experience in Finance positions.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
**Language**: Bilingual / Advance English Level (working with USA on a daily basis)
TOEIC Above 600 Pts
**Computer Skills**: SAP, Excel - Advanced Level, Oracle - Hyperion.
**Must have**:

Understanding of finance accounting and finance statements (end to end)
**Nice to have**:
RPA- Robotic Process automation/ Big data management
Finance/Accounting Master Degree
