**CONTEXT / SCOPE**
Diageo Mexico has multiplied the Sales (volume) two times in the last five years, our growth projection is to double the business into the next 5 years
On Trade plays a meaningful role in this growth,
we have clear vision of being recognized as #1 Recruitment Omnichannel Machine (On, Off, E-commerce).
Diageo has a proven position as market leader, we are willing to strength our leadership not only in whisky category but expand our relevance and value creation strategy through Innovation in other categories such as vodka, gin, malts etc.

On Trade Channel has become a priority in business performance and a critical growth driver in Diageo
We must guarantee big and adventurous Omnichannel execution plans identifying consumer, customer and category opportunities in order to improve the execution in the On Trade Channel
Through the outspoken investment,
on trade be responsible to generate relevant contributions improving margin to the company and be seen as benchmark
**MARKET COMPLEXITY**
With a continuous +20% sales growth, with more than 2 Launch projects, we must ensure to recruit and re-recruit consumers to spirits category
New and bigger competitors, limited on-shelf space, new trends, new ways of consumption, new eras, new behaviours are arriving, and we must be agile to respond through execution
C ritical metrics Targets such as use the trade spend budget as agile and with activities aligned to the company priorities, A&P; accuracy, Monthly BMP, M&E;, must be accomplished to the KPI´s and compliance and On trade policies
Regionalization has been taking relevance and the understating of geographical execution model it's an industry differentiation
Our challenge is to create the best execution model in the industry being compared with other markets

**PURPOSE OF ROLE**
- Able to analyse information (sales in value and volume by region and by account, ROI, M&E;, Market Share,
brands performance, activity map priorities) to generate deep insights therefore solutions
- Analyse plans & initiatives to achieve annual targets (NSV, AOP, Margin, Sell Out, Market Share)
- Lead and administrate the Internal Trade Source, Coupa, Activity Map by BIS to register and control all the activities carried out with our client and with our agencies.
- Maintain key collaborators advised with budget WOW´s, CMO priorities, Marketing, Procurement news under customer, client & category understanding and help all sales team sale
- Follow up of every 365E and Sales Driver execution plan of our Innovation pipeline
- Transform Innovation becoming benchmark by changing the way we "do" Innovation in Diageo
**TOP ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Analytic profile to generate insights, conclusion and recommendations by data analysis
- Highly organized & able to prioritize, so we guarantee every day great execution in all Innovation Plans
- Drive & Accountability to guarantee all partners responsible for Innovation plan execution (EDGE)
- Responsible for looking for opportunities to increase Diageo's Innovation brands sell out & market share.
- Ensure to support excellent execution of all Sales Drivers & 365 Essentials per channel per client
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor dregree
- Proficient in Excel (create reports & analysis)
- Field Sales Experience (ideal).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate proactivity, initiative and determination
- Handle priorities properly.
