**DESCRIPTION**
**Objective of the Position**
Ensure that the projects / requirements assigned to the Project Manager. in AXA Group Operations Mexico are executed on time and quality requested and approved by the internal or external client. Through competencies associated with the management of projects in the life cycle of the same (Start, Planning, Execution, Control and closure). Consolidate the information of each project under the management of the project managers and report for Globally, AXAGO and Customers
**Main Responsibilities**:




Analyze scope of each project, highlight risks & assumptions, assign responsibilities and ownership, define project objectives & critical success factors, devise a delivery schedule, inform all relevant parties and monitor/ensure project delivery
To ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations following the AXA Group Operations quality standards.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Specific experience and knowledge**:
- Tools of tracking of hours resources, Management of executive report of projects, Management of meetings.
- Experience in different project management methodologies - Agile or PMI
- Experience gathering requirements and documentation
- Experience managing IT Infrastruture Projects
