**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Santa Fe office, you will have the responsibility for assisting in reporting and analyzing consolidated results for Gates Corporation reporting to VP - Operational Finance.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Operations Finance counterparts to create comparison analysis as demanded
- Track and trend KPIs for Operations Finance team.
- Support strategic projects for Operations Finance - ensure that savings are correctly stated and that we realize committed savings.
- Introduce consistency of reporting and manage the financial bridge and variance explanation process for Operations Related GL Accounts
- Fixed Asset review
- E&O; Analysis and actions
- Inventory Aging analysis
- Assist in Global Policies verification and corrections
- All other Ops Finance duties assigned
**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 - 7 years of progressive experience
- Strong accounting knowledge with experience in all areas of general accounting
- Strong knowledge in Std Cost determination
- Fluent English Language
- Teamwork and good communication
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
- Strong team player:
proactively able to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all key functions; builds collaborative relationships.
- Prior experience with ERP systems
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex data
