**WM CATMAN Manager**
**Which is the main objective of this role?**
Lead Category Development Walmart team to be Walmart's indispensable partner,
continuously advising on business opportunities in the market and your chain, providing you with an impartial and strategic vision of the total performance of the market and the activities with which you can increase your sales.
Responsible of leading and designing Salty Snacks Category Vision enabling, supporting and consolidating the strategy for all sales channels to give recommendations to drive conversion at each point of sales, based on consumer and shopper insights.
Lead and generate solutions based on facts and insights that lead to the growth of one of the most important categories of the client. Being a pillar in the relationship and becoming that business partner that helps impact customer decisions and strategies, taking into account trends, innovation, prices,
accommodation and promotions according to the clustering of stores and shopper/consumer behavior. Expand the relationship with the retailer and reinforce Pepsico's position as a category leader.
**What will you be doing?**
- Lead the team, lead and design growth strategies for all WalMart categories captaincies and for Pepsico benefit by integrating shopper information, the chain's strategic plan and market trends to modify the mix of products to be offered to clients and consequently accelerate the growth of the company.
- Develop, lead and present to the chain annual category growth plans with client Directors, take and lead the team and each direct report with monthly performance reviews through specialized Category management and market performance tools.
- Direct contact and presentation of business results with WM Commercial Directors
- Based on business needs,
lead and present business proposals to the Chain based on joint work with the Shopper Insights and Commercial Development, Marketing and Sales team.
- Definition of the Annual Plan for Walmart Costumer Team for all formats and with the client's senior management.
- Lead and Develop perimeter transformation projects and check outs.
- Identify portfolio White spaces for PMF within the 6 categories, influencing the agenda within the company with Marketing and Innovation areas.
- Development of projection models to ensure the Share of Market for PepsiCo in all WalMart formats
- Identification of new technologies for the development of the point of sale, as well as the digitization of the results evaluation processes
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree (International Business,
Marketing and or Industrial Engineer)
- At least 8 years in the Category Development functions.
- 7-8 years experience in FMCG industry
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- High level of negotiation with clients and communication with different areas
- Exceptional analytical skills, high level of abstract and numerical thinking
- Fluent English (Oral and Written)
