**Costumer Service Analyst (temporary)**
**Job based in Leon Gto. Leon Corte 2 Plant Leather Division**
**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.**
**As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible of analysis and interpretation of customer demand, ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain adequate inventory levels (according to metrics) avoiding their obsolescence.**
**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
**1)
Reception and analysis of client releases (volumes, variations, flex policy, quoted capacity, etc.)**
**2) Weekly reconciliation of accruals with client.**
**3) Review of Fab & Raw authorizations of all client releases.**
**4) Sending NSR (No Surprise Reports) weekly (if applicable) to clients.**
**5) Weekly update of cascades from all clients.**
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
- Professional career completed in Industrial Engineering, LAE, Commerce, Logistics or related
- English 60 - 70%
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems, ability to negotiate, advanced command of the English language, knowledge of computer packages (minimum intermediate excel)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the area of materials in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of the process and use of work tools, safety equipment and its use, instructions for the operation of the post and quality and environmental systems.
