As a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, you will improve our customers buying experience by providing the best quality of service and information about our processes and products reporting to the manager of the posistion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide mentorship to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls and chats oriented to problem solving, order tracking and assessing alternative solutions to customers.
- Seek the achievement of team goals by handling customers expectations while dedicated to providing outstanding service.
- Embraces procedures while making decisions.
- Provide advisory to our clients of the portal that is managed.
**Qualifications**
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative or equivalent preferably supporting clients through a call center scheme.
- Manage office tools; mostly Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, and pivot tables).
- Basic English.
- Excellent spelling and writing skills.
- Be comfortable handling information such as product features or availability, delivery date, due date, payment or quotation information.
- Desirable knowledge in Oracle.
