General Job Description:
Experience and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with data migration
- Prior knowledge of Salesforce configuration
Capabilities and Job Functions:
- Write user stories (“As a, I need, So that”, Description, Acceptance Criteria, etc.)
- Maintain and organize project backlog
- Create client-facing deliverables (process flows, business requirements documentation, etc.)
- Elicit and prioritize requirements
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) Testing
- Create test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Care for project budget and scope
- Ability to identify risks and assist in mitigation plans
- Prior knowledge of Jira a plus
- Prior knowledge of Google Suite a plus
Salesforce Certifications:
Upon starting or within your first six months holding the Business Analyst position, you are expected to achieve two Salesforce Certifications (recommended: App Builder and Admin).
