**Job description**
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a best-in-classproject management skill set. A brilliant communicator who is a proactive, focused and determined individual.You will facilitate, develop and document technical business requirements and user stories.
**As a Project Manager, you are going to**:
- Monitor project delivery and identifying issues that may occur will be an important part of your role.
- Spend a significant amount of time on communication, both with the Client as well as the project team and supporting roles at STX Next.
- Take responsibility for communication with business stakeholders.
- You will look after all project management areas to ensure that each is properly managed to ensure project success.
- You will be the first point of contact in terms of project delivery.
- Analyze business needs. Provide use cases and exceptions.
- Monitor project progress, identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Deal with project coordination, decomposition of the scope of work and execution.
- Business travel to the USA - around 15%.
**Requirements**:
**Must have**:
- At least 2 years of experience in project management.
- Previous experience as Product Owner.
- Experience as an individual contributor.
- Fluent in English both verbally and written - at least C1.
- Strongly desired expertise working with software development teams previously (ideally around front-end development activities).
- A strong ability to lead the facilitation,
development, comprehension, and documentation of technical business requirements and user stories.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple projects.
- Desire to develop into Agile roles.

**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 97125, Mérida, Yuc.
