Job Activities
The Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistant reports to the Accounting Manager for the following job functions:
- Paying invoices by verifying transaction information
- Full cycle matching, batching, and coding invoices.
- Allocating costs to the appropriate areas.
- Verify approval on all invoices and check requests.
- Update and maintain vendor database.
- Verifying transaction information, computing charges, refunds, and mailing invoices.
- Collects revenue by notifying customers of insufficient payments.
- Resolves account discrepancies.
- Generate refund check requests
- Review homeowner accounts and process voids/adjustments
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

**Requirements**:
- 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or similar ar role.
- High School diploma.
- Feel comfortable working with Excel
- Advanced English
