We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Short-Term Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing technical support requests on a daily basis. Your duties will include conducting customer training and providing expert guidance on the usage and maintenance of our properties. You will have the opportunity to work with customers from around the world, remotely helping them with their inquiries.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- **Remote Duties**: Handle all aspects of Airbnb reservations, including customer inquiries, booking management, and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance services.
- **On-Site Duties**:
Regular visits to the property in Culhuacan to oversee and manage maintenance, handle guest check-ins/check-outs, and ensure high-quality guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online Airbnb listings and reservations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure property readiness.
- Perform regular on-site inspections and oversee property maintenance.
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or similar roles.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Familiarity with Airbnb platform and online reservation systems.
- Reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Availability for regular travel by bus or subway to the property in Culhuacan.
- Local knowledge of Culhuacan area (preferred).
- Experience in handling online bookings and guest relations.

**Salary**: $93.42 per hour
