**Talent Acquisition Specialist**
**Major Tasks**
- Ensure detailed understanding of Bayer’s talent segmentation and each position in own area of responsibility in particular
- Sourcing and alliances with associations, groups and universities to attract diverse talent to the organization including the 3 BRG's (ENABLE, BLEND, GROW)
- Sourcing and alliances with universities to attract young talent to the organization
- Actively update with market movements and possible future talents that we can attract to the organization
- Support and organization in the trainees and interns programs to the recruitment manager
- Execute the recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring all KPIs,



global standards and metrics are met and / or exceeded
- Establish and maintain relationships with local and international Hiring Managers and Talent Lead to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
- Steer the intake meeting with the hiring manager and Talent Lead to define the recruiting and onboarding strategy and provide labor market insights on the availability of the talent group
- Mapping of market talent of critical and strategical positions for the organization
- Supervise the interviewing, selection and hiring process to ensure adherence with legal regulations (e.g. EEO) and internal guidelines for the defined range
- Maintain the process status in Bayer Tools (Success Factors, Eightfold) / Applicant Tracking system by always ensuring system accuracy as a basis for solid
- Participate in regional talent acquisition projects seeking the homologation of the process in each country.
- Participate in training of new tools and technology for the upgrade of talent acquisition process
**Skills.**
- University degree in Human Resources / Business admin or related field




- Fluency in written and spoken local language and fluency English.
- Equivalent working experience in Talent Acquisition +5 years; experience incorporate recruiting and or search firm recruiting.
- Very good business acumen
- Knowledge of recruiting sourcing, screening and interview techniques
- Good comprehensive knowledge of local legal regulations regarding recruiting
- Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders: Hiring Manager / Talent Lead, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good ability to work under pressure
- Independent and proactive working style
- Good attention to detail
- Very good planning, organization and multi-tasking skills
