This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organization whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team.Your key responsibilities:Leverage experience in payroll domain to deliver Payroll and HR transformation projects for global clients, in collaboration with other GDS teams and other EY member firms.Support vendor assessment and payroll analytics projects for global clients.Design payroll delivery options (consolidation of multiple payrolls, vendor advisory, shared service center development, use of technology to generate efficiencies), and payroll transition management.Review current processes to identify key metrics to evaluate operational performance compared to internal performance objectives and Payroll industry leading practices benchmarks.Support development of RFP/proposals for different accounts and opportunities.Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team.
Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content.Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the Payroll domain.Support development of thought leadership, collateral,



tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance payroll advisory and broader capability offering within the practice.Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations.Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts.Skills and attributes for success:High integrity and commitment to work in a new and challenging environment.Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive.Strong communication and presentation skills.Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.High energy levels, agility and adaptability.Open to travel nationally and internationally for client projects that are approved as per EY and country specific travel advisory guidelines.To qualify for the role,



you must have:2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the consulting domain.Master's degree in Finance/HR or full-time MBA.Experience in delivering payroll implementation and transformation programs, as part of a global distributed team.Good understanding of 1 or more payroll technology systems – ADP, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc
