You will foster a collaborative and strategic approach to human resources acting as a key liaison between the HR department and various business units, ensuring the delivery of effective HR solutions that drive organizational success.Responsibilities:Strategic HR Business Partnership:Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and objectives, and align HR strategies accordingly.Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.Engage in professional interactions with business leaders to address HR challenges and opportunities.Employee Relations:Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.Work closely with business leaders to identify and address employee relations issues,
fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.When needed, engage in employee negotiations for offboarding procedures.Talent Acquisition and Development:Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to assess workforce needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.Support the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.Performance Management:Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.Collaborate with business leaders to address performance issues and develop improvement plans when necessary.HR Analytics and Reporting:Utilize HR analytics to assess key HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.Elaborate data analysis and reporting to support business leaders in making informed workforce decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.Strong leadership and people management skills
