The primary goal is to ensure smooth and accurate communication between systems, enabling customers to view information related to sales orders, deliveries, invoices, and purchase history.Define, design, and lead functional solutions that connect the SAP SD module with a web portal, enabling functionalities such as sales order inquiries, delivery status tracking, invoicing, and returns management.Responsibilities1.
Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather the functional requirements for the customer web portal.Identify and map the relevant SAP SD data needed for integration, such as sales orders, delivery statuses, and invoices.2.
Functional Design:Develop detailed functional specifications for the integrations between SAP SD and the web portal.Define processes including:Creation and inquiry of sales orders.Viewing delivery statuses and shipment tracking.Accessing billing documents and electronic invoices.3
