we don't just install solar systems—we provide streamlined, end-to-end solar solutions for both residential and commercial projects.
From design and permitting to installation and final inspections, we manage all logistics, allowing our Clients and Dealers to focus on growing their business.Your Mission:As the Dealer Program Director, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and developing new solar energy dealers to expand our sales network.
You will work closely with the Dealer Program Manager to:Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier solar dealers.Negotiate and structure programs that drive dealer growth and success.Develop training and support programs to ensure every dealer has the necessary tools to sell successfully.Build long-term strategic relationships with key Dealers.Monitor, analyze, and optimize dealer performance to maximize sales.Ideal Candidate must have:Proven experience in recruiting and managing dealers (preferably in solar energy or high-ticket sales).Exceptional ability to identify talent, negotiate,



and close business deals.Strong capability to design acquisition and growth strategies for a dealer network.Natural leadership, results-driven mindset, and ability to motivate teams.Passionate about renewable energy and making a positive impact.100% fluent in English (having lived in the U.S. is a plus).Availability to travel regularly to the U.S. (visa required), travel to the US every 4-6 weeks.Why Join Us?Attractive Earnings: $60,000 MXN net monthly base + generous commissions.
