Leading manufacturer and designer of custom protective and specialty packaging products requests:
**Accountant for shared services center in accounts receivable**
**Activities and responsibilities**:
- Reception and classification of the remittances and bank statements.
- Record of payments from our customers in the system
- Warning or notification for missing or mismatching info
- Self-review, reporting, and reconciliation daily, weekly and monthly
- Analisys for accounts, divisions and transactions
- KPI's detect, prevent and correct errors
- Crosstraining AP and back up for SSC
**Required experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related
- ERP Accounts Receivable Module, AP, and GL
- Advanced Office:



Excel
- Advanced English
- Experience in transnational companies
- Experience in Shared Services Center
- Experience in multiple databases
- Experience with different ERP and reporting systems
- Experience in shared mailboxes and follow-up (English)
- Experience with follow-up with divisions/customers about missing or nonmatching info
- Experience with timely warnings or notifications for that missing or mismatching info
- Experience in reporting daily, weekly and monthly
**Benefits**
- Monthly salary: $30,000 (nominal) + Law and Superior Benefits
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Hybrid job role (2 days) after 3-month trial period.
- Work zone: Centro sur
