We are Lot Squared Development, and we develop high-profile luxury homes and boutique condominiums in and around Washington, DC.
As a real estate developer, we source our own projects off-market by making millions of cold calls a month to motivated property sellers and developing a relationship over time with those who might be interested in selling to us.
This job is 40 hours / week; 9am to 6pm US EST M - F. Hours for this job are not negotiable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Advise on matters of both high-level business matters and technical in-the-weeds matters.
- Advise management on business decisions as it pertains to our CRM and CTI systems.
- Optimize call center performance by analyzing KPIs, uncovering analytics insights and trends, and recommending data-driven solutions to business problems.
- Great ‘inside-facing customer service’ and teamwork. Anticipate the needs and goals of all team stakeholders.
- Accountable for on-time, high-quality software project deliveries, analysis, design, development, and quality assurance.
- Measuring and testing potential solutions in a call center environment.
- Performing end-to-end cross-discipline leadership and project management throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Call center sales systems administration - Salesforce and Five9 dialer
- Ensure high quality data management and integrity.
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Train stakeholders on using systems.
- Develop supporting documentation for all aspects of systems.
- Log developments and report KPIs for stakeholders.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 7 years’ experience with and troubleshooting Salesforce.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with predictive dialer software. Five9 experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of computer programming languages and concepts.
- Experience optimizing sales operations performance. Call center operations a plus.
- Relevant certification preferred: Salesforce Admin Certification or one or more Consulting Cloud Certification such as (Sales, Service or Community).
Pay: $250.00 - $340.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: Remote
