**Marketing Director**





Responsible for leading the Marketing function in Mexico and Ecuador, as well as developing growth strategies to meet the objectives of the company, being a key contributor in the development of the business.
The scope of the position includes the definition of the Long-Term strategy for Mexico and Ecuador, an effective management of the product portfolio, the leadership of the implementation of the innovation pipeline, brand building & positioning plans, the implementation and execution of the communication strategy and P&L; accountability across categories.
Also, she/he must lead and develop the Marketing Team to assure to have the right talent for the future.
Is part of the Leadership Team in Mexico and Ecuador.
Responsibilities:

- Timely analyze market data, competitors' activities, and customers strategies to detect risks and opportunities for the business.
Develop and analyze key Reports to follow up business performance.
- Develop the annual Rolling Forecast plan defining business goals in terms of turnover, profit, and market share; and concrete action plans to achieve those goals.




- Assure the right understanding and implementation of the Marketing strategy with the Sales Team in the region.
Monthly follow up of Sales targets to propose the corrective actions needed
- Lead the Product Management strategy, developing the activation plans for the full portfolio, defining key priorities in line with Group guidelines and roadmap.
- Define and assure the right implementation of the Price strategy by Product in the region considering channel/customers margins strategy.
- Implement the Advertising & Communication strategy in the region align with Group strategy.
Manage local media agencies.
- To understand and leverage multiple Distribution platforms to ensure that products are made available to end consumers including B2B and e-commerce initiatives.




Partner with Customer Marketing to implement the right Promotional activities to leverage product availability as well as Brand awareness at POS.
- Develop our Innovation roadmap for next years aligned with company objectives and regional consumer needs.
- Define new products/SKUs launches and SKU rationalization according to our Portfolio Management strategy.
- Define price list increases for each Product/Sales Channel align with Price strategy and Profitability targets.
- Implement E-Commerce strategy.
- Define and implement Advertising and Promotional plans for each of the product category.
- Manage Marketing area providers aligned with our Procurement policy (advertising agencies, market data providers, BTL agencies, Social Media agencies, graphic designers, and others)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.




EMBA or MBA or Postgraduate studies in Business areas preferred.- Advance level in English and Excel/Power Point/Office 365.- Advance Financial knowledge managing P&L; variables and ROI analysis.- Advance Communication skills both written and oral.- 10+ years of experience leading regional Marketing teams in CPG companies- To have an EMBA or MBA or Postgraduate studies in Business areas.- Experience in Customer Marketing or Sales areas for CPG companies.- Digital Marketing and e-commerce experience.- Ability to work across functional, national, and cultural boundaries in a matrix environment, across different markets
