Experience and Skills:
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Web Components
- Object-oriented programming
- Server-side scripting
- JavaScript
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with medium complexity integrations
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience
- Prior knowledge of Jira a plus
- Prior knowledge of Google Suite a plus
Capabilities and Job Functions:
- Implement solution tickets
- Architect software for tickets of a low to medium complexity
- Present architecture to design review board
- Compile and document procedures used throughout program development and revision
- Prepare detailed workflows, charts, and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operations
- Prepare instructions for use during production runs
- Assist in the preparation and development of instructions and manuals to provide guidance to end users
- Analyze, review, and revise programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new procedures
- Assist in analyzing software problems and developing solutions
- Work closely with the Development Team Lead to gain learning opportunities and mentorship on complex or unfamiliar project implementations.
Salesforce Certifications:
Upon starting the Developer II position, you are required to hold or achieve the Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Platform App Builder certifications. Within your first six months in the Developer II position, you are expected to achieve the Platform Developer 2 certification, as well as one certification that counts toward the System Architect certification.
