Focus this payroll specialist will ensure accurate processing of payroll for employees.Your Responsibilities:- Process and review payroll information for accuracy and completeness.- Ensure accurate disbursement of employee salaries.- Handle all aspects of payroll, including deductions, bonuses, overtime, and other special payments.- Ensure compliance with federal, state,
and local payroll tax regulations.- Prepare and submit required payroll-related reports and filings.- Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data.- Prepare and maintain payroll reports for management.- Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.- Work with other departments to ensure accurate employee information.- Use payroll systems to process payroll.- Recommend and implement improvements to payroll processes.- Communicate payroll-related information to employees.- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless processes.You will have:- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting,
or a related field.- Experience as a Payroll Analyst with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.- Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.- Proficiency in using payroll systems.- Organizational skills.- Experience with Mexico and Latin America payroll- Managed a payroll of more than 300 employees.- Experience in auditing- Experience with payroll vendor- Excel skills- Proficiency in written and spoken English
